1940s U.S.N Dungarees Inspired Jeans

Made from beautiful 9.5OZ nep Japanese selvedge denim, these jeans were inspired by actual U.S Navy uniform from the 1940s.

Some of these vintage elements include having no out-seam, no back yoke or rivets to keep the construction and pattern simple and easy to make. 

I used a beautiful vintage Lightning zipper in the fly and added a cinch at the back for belt-free adjustments.
